The staff were really friendly and most importantly really empathetic, not just they noticed i have a double booking, they took the initiative to go all out to booking.com to cancel the extra booking. It is so heart warming to know that they have went to such extra mile to help their guest. Unfortunately I also have a medical emergency during my stay, the front desk did their best to try to communicate with me, their assistance had meant alot to me and i will always remember such kindness especially in critical moments. Truly a hotel u can trust in a foriegn land.

Due to last second cancellation from another hotel (thanks buzen for not allowing us to check in after 10pm...) we found there was a room left here. We checked in at 12 night with ease. The man and women at the reception were great and spoke decent English. The size of the room and sink outside was above average for Japan which was nice. Overall great stop off in the area of 1 night.

The room was large for our family of 4, the bathroom was spacious too. Good that the wash sink if outside the toilet for separate use. Free parking was a key reason for booking here too. Breakfast was great! Spread from Japanese food to different types of bread and pastries. For the 4 breakfast there was always something new to look forward to. The complimentary drinks from afternoon to evening and microwave to use for guests were really a bonus to us.

1. children under 18 can stay with parents in the same room and enjoy free breakfast as well 2. clean and tidy

The logo of property was so beautiful. We saw staff of different airlines and my 11 m-year son was so happy (he likes airplanes and flight attendants).
